WHY
Why I Started This
I've been through my own share of life's troubles. A cancer diagnosis that forced me to confront my mortality. Mental health challenges that left me questioning everything. Days where depression felt like a weight I couldn't lift. I've watched my best mates take their own lives when the pressure became too much.
I'm not here to tell you I have all the answers. But I am here to tell you this: you can bounce back.
You don't have to be a victim of your circumstances. There's a pathway you might not see right now, but it exists. And it starts with refusing to stay where you are — mentally, emotionally, spiritually.
